About the Process
We start with a diagnostic review. Before we do anything, I need to understand where your books actually stand (no shame, I have seen it all!). I'll review your QuickBooks (or messy spreadsheet 🙈), spot what needs fixing, and give you a clear picture of what we're working with.
Then we build a system that fits your business. Cookie-cutter processes don't work because no two businesses operate the same way. I'll set up your chart of accounts, create workflows that make sense for how you actually work, and make sure everything is organized in a way that's easy to maintain.
You get consistent monthly support. Bookkeeping isn't a one-and-done project. Every month, I'll handle your transaction categorization, reconcile your accounts, and deliver reports that actually make sense. You'll always know where your numbers stand, and everything stays ready for your CPA.
And I coordinate with your CPA. Tax time shouldn't be stressful. I make sure your books are clean, organized, and ready to hand off so your CPA can do their job without charging you extra for cleanup work.
